Find an experienced home chef in SA

Looking for a reliable , health-focused in-house chef or experienced home cook to prepare fresh, nutrient-dense meals in my home. Scope of Work: • Prepare high-quality, balanced meals using ingredients I supply (organic where possible). • Focus on lean proteins (chicken, fish), vibrant vegetables. • Cook 2–3 protein bases, 3–4 vegetable dishes and a small selection of ready-to-heat meals for the week. • Portion and store meals in labelled containers for ease and efficiency. • Light kitchen organisation and clean-down after cooking. What’s Provided: • All ingredients (delivered weekly). • Fully equipped kitchen. • Clear weekly menu brief or macro-focused direction depending on your expertise. Ideal Candidate: • Strong background in healthy meal prep, nutrition or chef/catering experience. • Efficient, organised and comfortable working autonomously. • Hygienic, trustworthy and able to deliver consistent quality. Police check ideal. • Happy to collaborate on a rotating weekly menu based on seasonal produce. Timing: • 1 session per week approx. 3 hours. • Preferred day: flexible. Outcome: A fridge stocked with fresh, beautifully prepared meals that support a high-performance, wellness-centred lifestyle.
