Corporate cocktail party needs a guitar singer

I have an event in the city on Saturday 5 June and am in need of catering services from 6pm to 10pm (4 hours). It is my 24th birthday and is quite casual. The venue does not have any cooking facilities, therefore all food will need to be prepared before the event. There would be a place for a microwave if any food did need to be heated up on the night. I am looking for someone who can provide 2 people for the night so that at least one person can be walking around with the food while the other prepares the food. I am not needing anything fancy, just simple finger foods such as chicken skewers, pastry dishes or arancini balls. But super open to any suggestions for food! Estimated budget is for labour cost only. I understand that there will be extra costs for the food.
