I have an internal painted door that previously had a hole in it. The hole was repaired using wood filler/wood dust, but the repair was not finished properly and the patched area is still visible. I’m looking for an experienced handyman/painter to professionally redo/finish the repair so that the surface is smooth, level and blends with the rest of the door as closely as possible, with no obvious patch marks. The existing repair may need to be sanded back, levelled/re-filled as required, primed and painted. I’m happy for the whole face of the door to be repainted if that will give a cleaner and more consistent finish, rather than just touching up the repaired area. Please include all materials, filler, primer and paint required in your offer. Photos attached showing the current condition. The main priority is the quality of the finish. I want the repaired area to be difficult to identify once completed. Please let me know whether you recommend repairing/refinishing the existing patch or another approach to achieve the best result.

I’m looking for someone experienced in repairing and finishing concrete ceilings to make good an exposed area in my toilet ceiling, approximately 550 mm × 270 mm. Please see photos. (The copper pipes were burst during an electrical installation, but are fully repaired now). The concrete slab has been exposed around two copper pipes and a round electrical fitting. Four years ago I got the bright idea to grind the interior floors of my apartment myself. The results were.. mixed The slab was ground down to expose the aggrigate and several coats of a clear self-levelling epoxy were applied. As you can see in the images, there are grinding marks in some places, with the kitchen where I first started, being the worst location. The floor is also uneven to a degree, the self levelling epoxy did not eliminate this and many of the edges of the rooms are slightly higher than the centre. How much of an issue this is, im not sure. I am looking for a professional who would be able to provide a solution, preferably several options to choose from, to improve the appearance of the floor. This would include quoting for an entire apartment refinish/refurbishment of floors to section based refinishing for the kitchen and/or hallway areas. I have included some images as well as the floor plan of the apartment with the flooring present in all rooms minus the bathroom and toilet. The sink has significant yellow/brown staining around the drain that professional bond cleaners were unable to remove.
