Please do a cold start and OBD scan for stored and pending codes, a battery and alternator test, and check engine oil, coolant and transmission fluid condition plus any leaks, belts, hoses and engine mounts. Inspect the brakes including pads, discs and calipers sticking from sitting, plus brake fluid and handbrake. Check tyres for tread, age, cracks and flat spots, and the spare. On a hoist or jack please check suspension, steering, wheel bearings and CV boots. Look for rust on the sills, door bottoms, wheel arches, underbody and around the door handles, and any signs of accident repair or flood damage. Test all electrics, lights, windows, locks, both keys, air con, heater and reversing camera. Do a test drive of at least 20 minutes including highway, checking shifting, braking, steering and noises, then recheck for leaks and codes. Please provide a written report with photos, repairs needed now and within 12 months with rough costs, and your honest opinion on buying it. Budget is around 120 dollars but I am happy to pay more for a thorough job. Thanks
