2015 Volkswagen tiguan is leaking black/brown fluid. Also got a check coolant levels warning light. Need someone to quote me on a fix, or if you know what the issue is please make an offer.

I'm looking to purchase a 2015 Fiat Ducato refrigerated van in order to convert it into a camper. I need an experienced mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection and advise what condition the vehicle is in, and what, if any, work needs to be done. I'm hoping for a RedBook Inspect-style go/no-go, and if there is work to be done, an estimate on the cost of that work in case I decide to proceed anyway. The vehicle is currently without roadworthy, and some dints and scratches that I would like evaluated and estimated to fix as well.
