The front of my car bumper is dislodged on one side. The plastic is broken, with scratches as well. Not important to get the scratches fixed, but would like to get the bumper reattached. One side is completely dislodged while the other side is held on. Looking to see if this needs a weld as a replacement is not what I am looking for considering the age of the car itself.
