We have an old deck and pergola that needs painting. We have been told it only has a few years left in it so doesn’t need time spent on the prep work just mostly changing of the colour before we put a roof on it.

We build a pergola attached to the main house. The covered area needs light for when we use the area at night. there are two separate lights working well but are directed out-ward. There is a big beam of wood blocks lighting the inward. One of the sheets from Pergola has come off. The sheet does not have any cracks. Bracket holding the sheet and moved from its place. We also need help fixing/replacing the gutter under pergola.

This pergola is approximately 3800 x 2500 (including overhang). There is a problem with getting fall as the pergola itself is level. Needs graduated battening to introduce fall. Not looking for the Taj Mahal just a neat tidy job.

2 posts need replacing, not a standard size so will need to be milled. Also replace the sheeting, roughly 4m x4m
