Hi all Looking for those with experience in constructing/putting together heavy duty motorised louvred pergola, recently purchased from a company called Outmos on an existing deck. This will also then be approved by a building surveyor post construction to meet planning permit requirements. Most likely will need two people, and I can provide support too as the dimensions are 3m wide x 6m long, using four posts. I will have reinforced areas of the deck for each of the posts as per engineering requirements, and one post will sit off the deck on a poured concrete foundation. Additional building materials if needed will be supplied, so just labour. I can provide Outmos instructions and further engineering documents for further context.

Paint pergola 3 coats. Will supply paint.

I’m looking for a qualified tradesperson to inspect and fix the ceiling/roof of my pergola. During strong winds, it produces loud rattling and creaking noises, as if something is loose. I’d like it inspected and properly secured to eliminate the noise. Prefer a windy day to make sure it has been fixed.

The outer beam of the pergola has bent/warped outward, causing the structure to appear uneven. You will need to prepare the treated pine as tools to repair or replace the beam.

Laser light on top of pergola is damaged and needs to be removed . Pergola is approx 5metres x 4 metres .

Replace or fix two LED Lights in pergola area

Pitched pergola requires 8 frosted plastic sheets of laser light replaced and othe. One side has been cleaned. Handyman will need to provide material - roofing screws and matching new sheets. You will need your own ladder and safety equipment and required to dispose of the old sheets.
