Scope of work: - Inspect the leak area and the rest of the 5m x 1.8m roof section. - Supply and install appropriate flashing (lead/apron/soaker) properly integrated with the brickwork and downpipe exit. - Re-seat and replace any missing, cracked, or displaced terracotta tiles (i have 4-5 spares) - Check surrounding joins and ensure the penetration is completely watertight. - Tidy up and remove any job debris.
