Requiring someone or possibly more than a one person effort to move four heavy boxes from the garage to the rear and build an aluminium pergola with retractable manual louvre roof. Instructions all included within the boxes however I feel this is a good 3/4/5 hour task dependant on 1 or 2 person and their skills and toolset. Must be carefully bolted down and drilled into honed concrete !! Each post has four holes to be drilled (16 in total to hold it down) Requires the correct tools/ drill pieces to get through the concrete…. This isn’t a hope and gamble task - I require someone who is more than capable and can do the appropriate concrete tool drilling without damaging the concrete! 3m x 4m Pergola with 2.5m height

We require structural sign off to add a non-permeable roof to our pergola. We are in City of Bayswater which has different rules to our neighbouring council regarding patios. We have built a pergola with a shade cloth. Because it lets water through, it's not classed as a patio and therefore fits within the current Pergola guidelines for Bayswater that do not require council approval. We would now like to add corrugated plastic roofing to protect from rain in the winter. This would make it a patio and require structural sign off to be able to get council approval. If we lived 1km to the West, we wouldn't require this sign off as Stirling allows patios with a roof under a certain size to be built without council sign off.

Hi, I have wooden pergola with a section 10.5 metres x 3.3m which needs attention as follows: - shade cloth nailed properly to wooden slats. Shadecloth has come off which is shown in the photos. Shade cloth should be ok but some of the older cloth may need replacement. I Will buy what you need - slats may need replacement in approximately 6 metres of the pergola. Slats are light weight and I have put the measurements in photos. Some slats might be salvageable. Many have loose nails. - Approx 4 thick wooden beams replaced. 3.3 metres long. They have rotted. Beams will need to be cut at the end. Beams are attached to house with nails and brackets. Brackets should be ok but can buy more. - Painting of replacement beams on all sides with supplied paint I can purchase slats from Allwood in Welshpool or similar supplier, purchase wooden beams, replacement shade cloth but you may need to cut and collect. Paint will be supplied as required. I will need your help with measuring properly for you and helping me with exactly what to purchase for you More photos now up Thanks
