I would like to replace one column post (bolted, no digging is needed) and a couple of rotted rafters, and then install new Suntuf Trimdeck roofing sheets. The frame, beams and footing are otherwise fine, so this is a like-for-like replacement with no structural changes. Please remove the old sheets, post and rafters. The main issue is in the back-left corner (as pictured), where the flashing has lifted/perished and tiles have shifted or are missing beneath a PVC downpipe elbow, leaving an open void where water enters directly.
