I’m looking to enclose my existing pergola with insulated walls and 2 sliding doors — one at the front and one at the back. The pergola is L-shaped, so one side will be enclosed with walls/doors, while the other section will have a 2.7m sliding door with wall sections. Measurements: • 7.8m wide × 10.6m long • 2.80m high I also have an opening in the roof measuring 3.6m × 3.4m that needs to be completely closed off. Proper guttering and closing the roof opening are very important, as I want the finished enclosure to be fully weatherproof and waterproof. I’m currently looking for licensed and insured contractors for the job. I’ve attached photos of the existing pergola. Could you please provide me with a rough quote, including materials and installation?

Scope of Work: Area: Approximately 2 m² – 4 m² section on a residential concrete driveway. Issue: Equipment gouges / surface scratches (concrete substrate itself is structurally sound; no structural slab cracking repairs required for this task). Job Required: Clean/prep the affected scratched zone, apply a suitable concrete repair mortar / skim coat / resurfacing compound, and color-match / seal the patch as much as possible to blend with the surrounding driveway.

I can’t physically do this myself and don’t have the tools or expertise. Both 30m deck and pergola frame require pressure washing/sanding and I am open to whether stain or natural will provide better longer term protection.

Need someone to grind down a sharp concrete lip at the entrance to my gravel driveway in North Gosford. My car is scraping every time I reverse in. The lip is a raised triangular concrete edge where the road meets the driveway. I just need the top of the lip ground down by about 20-30mm to create a smooth slope. I believe it requires someone with an angle grinder with a diamond cup wheel. Photos attached showing the exact spot from multiple angles.
