Seeking handyman to enclose patio. Material being used- Walls: insulated panels, 1-2 windows. Flooring: particle board installed over current deck, Lino over particle board. Roofing: 3/4 of the area is under the house roof, the remaining 1/4 will be a sheet of polycarbonate roofing (flat finish) which will be installed with a slight angle for water runoff. Door: regular external wooden door & screen door installation required. Plumbing: no plumbing required Electrical: no electrical required I’m not working with a timeframe for this job. Willing to wait for the right person to become available. All materials supplied. Looking for someone with experience using this material who can bring ideas & suggestions. Majority of materials will be purchased after securing right person for the job to ensure I don’t purchase incorrect items/materials for the job.
