hi there, Essential job - currently can’t use driveway gate snd no light near entry of garage. So Electrician needed for x1 job, x2 small tasks. flexible day/time that suits you. Mornington/Mount Martha area. 1) - we have installed a new auto opener on our driveaway gate already, But actual solar panel, needs to be relocated about 10 metres away to get more sunlight (as current position is too shady and brand new unit wont power up due to lack of light), so will simply need to add some extra wiring along a fence line for about 5-10metres. Alternatively if easier can wire control box into mains, house switchboard is about 10metres away. whichever works and is easier It's a small solar panel/system, which powers the electric opening of driveway gates. It's remote operated. We have purchased a Pergola and Decking kit from a company called Softwoods. Deck size is approx 10m x 4m and pergola is approx 6m x 4m. Pergola is a pitched gable roof coming off the fascia on one side. Was hoping to put this together myself but don't have the time. Looking for somebody to build the pergola structure and deck structure. I will lay the decking boards and the pergola roof/gutters. All materials will be onsite ready for the person who does the job so it is just assembly. See picture for plans and pictures for the space. Currently the area has pavers but the dirt will be cleared before starting job. If you can also excavate the area we can add that to the job for extra cash as looking for someone to do that also.
