The gate closed as we were diving in and the lower corner of the metal gate frame has been bent slightly and the black plastic track it glides on has been broken. See images.

I need my current fence removed and replaced either a fence in this style. With a driveway gate (approx 3.5m wide) with a sliding electric mechanism, and a lockable pedestrian gate. Total length of fence- 24metres Height of fence- 2m- with the scooped sections down to a height of 1.6m

Clean the surface of the stenciled concrete and a kind of sealer could possibly use to seal them. However, I am looking at a full restoration considering 17 years of use.

The sections shown in the pics can be lifted out as they’re loose. Then prep & fill with pre mix concrete/bags& trowel/broom off to make good. This is no more than a couple of hour job. Labourers only as it needs no skill. The raised section is solid but a trip hazard as raised up 35mm - so needs trimming back. We have all tools needed.

I have a driveway which I want to seal and color changed to a modern look. Size is around 50 to 65 sqm. There is a slope, as a matter of safety, a normal paint might be slippery. someone suggested that I could either do a stone wash concrete look or rough dark grey look. I will attach pictures associated to this posting. The person or mob ideal for this. Must be a professional, provide his own gear. I will need to know what brand of paint you will eventually be using ( just so years down the road I can retouch as needed). I would need an estimate on how much this will cost and any warranties from peeling.
