next to my driveway, there is a sewerage inspection hole with PVC cover that tends to be run over by car need to be concreted around it

Hi all, One of my driveway needs a bit of maintenance as some of the concrete is getting loose. Would need someone to come and remove the loose pieces and patch it up with e.g. cement or concrete to make it last longer. I would be expecting 1/2 days of work or a full days work depending what you would propose for fixing up the driveway. Pictures are below. Br, Jeffrey
