Requiring repair to the topper of a driveway wall, and some patching up of the outer rendering of wall

Fence pedestrian gate is hard to close and needs some adjustment. The driveway gate needs to be fixed where section of the driveway fence had become detached. Some panel/pieces of the fence have come loose and fallen off requiring repair or replacement.

I am looking to mount rubber driveway ramps to the entrance of my driveway, job requires 25 holes to be drilled in concrete and then mounting the pictured ramp types using included dynabolts. I will be available to assist as well.
