This is a new build townhouse on a corner block with a front fence of 90cm in height. The driveway gap is 4.45m and this is where the automatic sliding gate will go. I would like you to arrange the power connection, and the small slab that the gate will run across. The letter box will need to be moved to the right hand side of the driveway. Power will need to be run as there is no power at the front of the driveway. I would like to have the gate match the fence profile please. I have no idea on the price so have just put a budget of $10.00. Looking for a quality tradesperson who is reliable and will have it completed on time please. Happy to pay cash if this helps.

My driveway had a bad dip at the bottom that is damaging my car. I need someone to fix the bottom of the dip so that my car doesn’t scrape. Either needs a concrete channel or something else to raise the car as it comes out. The camber on the road is pretty steep in this section. The council has recommended fixing by adding a modified crossover shown in diagram.

The three badly cracked sections pictured (5.5m2 total) need to be broken up, concreted removed and taken away, underlying roots cut out, then new concrete poured and trowelled off smoothly. Property owner will be present and able to assist with manual labour under your direction. Owner will also order a concrete mini mix load (approximately 0.4 m3) to your specifications. Note that there is a sewer inspection hatch that needs to be factored in as well (centre of top-left cracked section in main picture, plus two separate pictures). Owner has made up a form that can be used for the pour around the sewer hatch (final picture), if you deem it to be suitable.
