This is a new build townhouse on a corner block with a front fence of 90cm in height. The driveway gap is 4.45m and this is where the automatic sliding gate will go. I would like you to arrange the power connection, and the small slab that the gate will run across. The letter box will need to be moved to the right hand side of the driveway. Power will need to be run as there is no power at the front of the driveway. I would like to have the gate match the fence profile please. My driveway had a bad dip at the bottom that is damaging my car. I need someone to fix the bottom of the dip so that my car doesn’t scrape. Either needs a concrete channel or something else to raise the car as it comes out. The camber on the road is pretty steep in this section. The council has recommended fixing by adding a modified crossover shown in diagram.
