Small block of 4 units. Driveway and pathways have recently been cleaned. Some minor hairline cracks in driveway and pathways need to be filled with sika flex or similar. Small section of loose cracked concrete on path needs to be re-laid as is a trip hazard (approx 1m x 1m only). Need a suggested repair for the driveway. It is a terracotta 15mm tile. I believe 300 x 300. Due to the design the tiles crack and pop especially down the bottom of the driveway. You can see where it looks like previously someone has cracked the tiles and mixed into a cement mix to prevent cracking on the left hand side. Need a suggestion and price to repair the whole bottom 2 rows of the driveway. Will provide the spare tiles. Also have around 6-10 tiles which are popping which need to be repaired. Hi i live in carindale, on Meadowlands Road we require our drive way correction as per (BSD 2023 ) council design. Ramp angle creation E Kerb to smoothing ramp angle. Can get council self assessment permission. Requires 1. Excavate and prepare for the laying of a new concrete driveway entrance. 2. Remove driveway back to pathway. 3. Correct steep decline to allow for easy access. 4. Correct levels to ensure that water flows in the desired directions. 5. Supply and lay reinforcement steel (F72 with 12mm dowels chemset into existing concrete where possible). 6. Supply and place 25 MPA concrete to cover an area of 15 square meters, at a depth of 110 mm (125mm on council property) 7. Concrete to have expansion joints cut. 8. Able flex to be used (expansion foam). 9. Concrete to have a fine broom finish. 10. Concrete to be cured.

I have fence but my drive way does not have any gate or security in the front so looking forward to install sliding gate (Automation Ready) along with 1 pad gate and
