1. Outdoor backyard Gate is misaligned and unable to close properly. gate cannot reach or engage with the latch mechanism. 2. Stair railing has a loose post that wobbles when pressure is applied. Railing has not detached completely but there’s sign of movement.

Bare concrete drive way and backyard floor needs clean and seal with Covercrete with simple pattern. Approx 150 to 200m2 - very crude estimate (see aerial photo)
