Hello ....I need drafting for salon in garage, building permit and council approval

Drafting to obtain building permit to convert garage into office space and potentially add a toilet.

We are applying for a permit with the council to get a front fence installed. We have a heritage overlay properly so council approval is required. Our original application was declined and noted that we require: 1. A site plan showing the location of the current boundary fence and the location of any proposed boundary fences, including front fences. 2. A revised 1:50 elevation of the proposed front fence, showing: A) Dimensions, including posts, pickets and spacing between the pickets; and B) The proposed colour and finish. We have quotes from some fence companies we can share to support with this mock up for the council. Please advise if you need more detail.

Require plans to be drawn for adding 1 door into existing wall and adding 2-3 walls to divide room. I can provide a floorplan.
