Close between house tiled roof and pergola roof and create box gutter framing. Also install additional 100x100 posts @3m on balcony approx 2-3 You supply all framing material for closing between roof and pergola Also add extra battens to ceiling so we can gyprock Id say theres about 16 lineal metres of enclosing to do pergola is like roughly 8 x 5m Photos Attached START MONDAY

I have purchased a 0.78x0.78 shed. It needs to be carried through the house to the backyard and assembled. I have had a slab laid but it is slightly uneven,so may need slight grinding. Maybe come and have a look. I have put this Thursday but can be any ongoing Thursday this is a day someone is definitely at home. Of course this is open for discussion.

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with outdoor pergolas, waterproofing, drainage, or building leaks to help me fix a water issue. A handyman recently built an outdoor pergola for me. Since then, every time it rains, a lot of water comes into the garage floor area. I’m not sure whether something has not been sealed properly, whether there is a leak, or whether the structure/drainage is causing water to flow into the garage. The handyman said that water can flow in, but I would like someone to properly inspect the problem and find a permanent solution. We have already tried using cement and sealing tape to block some areas, but water is still coming inside when it rains. So I’m not sure if this is a sealing issue, drainage issue, or a structural problem with the pergola or surrounding area. I’m looking for someone who can come and assess the situation, identify where the water is coming from, and fix the problem properly. Please contact me if you have experience with this type of issue.
