6x3m Easy Shed to be constructed on an existing timber platform

It’s a 2 man 4 hr job for a handy person with all the tools , I have the instructions to assemble the shed , you will need to have a hammer drill , I will be the 2nd person to help

looking for a licensed and insured carpenter /tradie to repair and secure an external timber pergola/awning that is pulling away from the main house wall. Scope of Work: Secure Structure: Properly re-attach the timber beams to the rendered wall/internal studs to ensure it is structurally sound. Waterproofing: Flash or seal the gap between the timber and the wall to prevent water ingress. Finishing: Close the visible gaps, ensure everything is level/flush, and touch up the paint/finish to match the existing structure. We need 3 non motorised blinds installed in our outdoor Pergola. I need a colorbond roof and insulation installed on a shed 14m x 10m x 5m (LWH), along with flashing and gutters. If possible 2 garage doors will also need to be installed. The frame etc. is fully completed and ready to go. All materials (sheeting, insulation and fixings etc.) will be provided. Timing is flexible but would like completed within the next few weeks. Have a pergola about 12m long. Need 3 - 4 batten lights connected to middle pergola beam. Also need 1 or 2 flood lights connected against pergola to face yard. Have an existing hard wire with some length about 5 metres as a start. May also need to divert a plug point to BBq area counter or against screening post if its possible and meets regulations.
