I have a zero turn Walker right on mower that isn't starting. I have changed the spark plugs. The fuel filter replace the battery and it has fuel and it's not starting. It wants to start but it's just not catching. I had a mower guy come out to have a look. He believes it's an electrical issue He reckons there's no connection to the spark plug and thinks I need an auto electrician
