Looking for someone who can teach me video making and editing for social media.

We have a community event on 13th Jun ( Sunday) at WILLIAMSTOWN Town hall. We need someone to take pictures of the audience at a photo booth, cover the event with pictures and record the on stage performance. The event runs from 04pm to 09pm.

I recorded some interviews on Audacity in December last year, four in total running for about 2.5-3 hours each. I thought I did the right thing by saving them in their own folder and renaming them - but now as I have gone to edit them, by moving & renaming them apparently means I can't open the files now? Anyway, from what I've read it sounds like you can get the audio back from the raw data, which is currently in hundreds if not thousands of 6 second files. If someone has come across this problem before and knows a quick way to stitch it all back together that would be great.
