We require a professional photographer with their own equipment to take pictures and video footage at a graduate careers event. The photographer needs to be at the event from 11:30am until 4pm. We need to get pictures of every exhibitor stall at the event (circa 25 exhibitor stalls) and each speaker during the talk sessions (circa 3 speakers). Ideally the pictures should be selected, edited and we should receive a link via WeTransfer. We want the copyright for the images, which will be shared with the exhibiting companies. We would also like some raw video footage of the event which we will use to create YouTube adverts promoting future events. We need the WeTransfer link and edited footage to be sent to us within 24 hours of the event ending so we can send it in a timely manner. Price to include on the day footage, and post event editing.
