Please bring a lavalier or boom mic, the interview dialogue needs to be clear. Vertical 9:16 as the primary format, plus a 16:9 version. Deliverables: All raw footage handed over (transfer via drive or hard copy). Gear expected: Your own camera capable of clean 4K, at least one external mic, and a tripod or gimbal. Simple lighting a bonus. Estimated time on site: Around 2 hours. Please include in your offer: A link to your showreel or recent work, ideally interview or documentary style. Confirmation of your audio setup. Comfort working respectfully with older participants is important, as one subject is an older person.

Videographer & Photographer Collaboration I’m looking for a videographer and photographer/content creator to join me for two full days, 22 and 23 September, while I host a major event at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney in front of approximately 12,000 people. The main focus is capturing me across both days, including: • On stage footage and photography • Close ups and wide shots • Footage from the stage looking out to the audience • Footage from the audience looking towards the stage • Crowd reactions and atmosphere • Behind the scenes, mingling, candid moments and interactions • Selected footage of speakers and key event moments • Professional photos and video for my website, social media and promotional content I’ll already be wearing a headset microphone for the event, however that audio cannot be used. You’ll need independent professional audio equipment so my voice can be recorded separately and clearly. You must have your own camera equipment suitable for both photography and video, not an iPhone, plus the required audio equipment. Deliverables: • All raw video footage from both days • All raw photographs • All separate audio recordings • One edited Reel covering the overall event • One edited Reel capturing my full two day experience, including hosting, stage moments, behind the scenes, mingling, preparation, candid moments and audience reactions I have 600,000 plus followers on Instagram and will tag and credit you where relevant content is shared.
