We’re hosting a conference at Waterview, Sydney Olympic Park on Friday 28 November 2025 and need someone to provide: Live streaming of the full event to possibly various platforms to be confirmed (eg YouTube / Zoom / Vimeo). High-quality recording of the full conference (with clear audio from professional microphones). 2 camera setup preferred (one wide shot, one close-up of speakers/panel). Audio support – supply microphones for speakers and ensure sound is fed properly into the stream and recording. On-site operator to set up, run the stream/recording, and pack down after. Delivery of the recorded video file after the event in a easy to use format. Event time: 9:00am – 4:30pm (set-up prior to event start) Please include in your quote: - Equipment provided (cameras, streaming gear, microphones, etc.) - Number of crew/operators included Total cost (full day including GST if applicable) Budget: Open to quotes – but looking for a practical, cost-effective option (not a large AV company quote).

Would like to improve my microphone and speaker quality in my van as I use frequently my phone for business and I get numerous complaints . Option 1. Fix existing Microphone/ Reduce Noise Via Sound Dampening Solutions etc.. Option 2. Replace existing microphone with noise cancellation/ Reduce Noise Sound Dampening Solutions etc..

The footage is recorded 4K, with separate audio (about 15 minutes in length). Needs to be produced into a multi-cam track, cropped and edited using existing Apple Mac Final Cut Pro project (reduced to about 6-10 minute in length). You have to be based in Kellyville, Castle Hill, or Rouse Hill to drop off hard drive. All transitions, opening, closing etc have been defined. Would suit a junior Final Cut Pro editor.

Enhance audio background noise on 1-2 hours of audio

We have a 2 hour event starting with canapes & drinks then guests will take their seats and listen to one of our Directors speak followed by a break. We then have a special keynote speaker talking, followed by Q&A and final networking with food & drinks. The video editing of this job is very important as we need both presentations captured well. So, we need a videographer to capture the networking, the presentations and being able to pan out and catch audience reactions etc.
