I am a long time photographer but I rarely do shoots anymore. So by the time I do a heap of updates occur and it’s really frustrating re learning every time. Need someone with availability and great knowledge and experience.

I’m looking for an engaging and experienced facilitator to work with a group of 12 high school students for a full-day podcast workshop. The project is a “produce a podcast episode in a day” experience, where students will work in small groups to create their own podcast episode on a topic of interest. What the task involves: You will guide students through the full podcast creation process, including: - Brainstorming and developing ideas - Planning and structuring content - Script writing - Recording audio - Editing and producing a finished episode ready for publication. Equipment/resources we have: - MacBooks for each student - 4 microphones (including 1 condenser mic) - Behringer XR18 Air (audio interface) - Logic Pro - GarageBand (available on all devices) *Open to using other free tools (e.g. Audacity) if preferred What we’re looking for: - Strong facilitation skills and ability to work with small groups - Clear communicator who can engage and support teenagers - Experience with podcasting, audio production, or media creation - Ability to run a structured but flexible and creative workshop Important requirements: - Must not be a restricted person - Blue Card is a bonus (not essential, as you won’t be alone with students) Timing: - 10:00am – 4:00pm (with a 30-minute lunch break at 1:00pm) - Date: Tuesday 21st April or Friday 24th April If this sounds like you, I’d love to hear about your experience and approach to running workshops like this.
