Supporting the Director, Wellbeing Innovation Strategy Engagement (WISE) to lead complex wellbeing and psychosocial risk strategy initiatives that contribute to the Agency’s strategic direction, aligning work programs with organisational goals and longer-term priorities. • Lead and coach WISE team to build capability in wellbeing related practice, strategy development, and program delivery; fostering a positive, psychologically safe environment. • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, cross-agency counterparts, and internal partners. • Monitoring and reporting on WISE team performance and identifying opportunities to improve through continuous improvement initiatives. • Provide specialist advice on the design and implementation of wellbeing policies, psychosocial risk management frameworks, and governance processes across the Agency.
