Connect new skirt to bodice/ replace existing. 3. Remove tulle overskirt from dress & make removable - to be fixed with tie (can send you a video of how this will work) and alter this - remove some length.

I need a Bridesmaid dress altered. The train on the dress needs to be trimmed so it is not as long. The shoulder straps do not stay on my shoulders, they need a good alteration so they do not constantly fall down. I will confirm a suitable offer in the next 2 weeks.
