Need some weatherboards replaced prior to painting commencing

Replace rotten wooden weatherboards from two small section of house (one part on upper storey). Replace damaged boards with primed new wooden boards.

Replace/repair up to 10 weatherboards. Most only need the end sections fixed.

Assemble and attach to weather boards

We need some cement / outdoor grout fixed that has eroded in a small section between our outdoor papers and wooden doors / weatherboards. It's a small area but leads to right under the house so need a good solution that won't look odd next to existing grout between the other existing section.

The rear part of the shop has some damaged and rotten weatherboards. Need to have them patched and replaced. Only the wall needs repair. Unfortunately I don't live near the location so you will need to work whilst locked outside of the building.

I am happy to remove the rotten boards and to paint pre-primed boards. The electrical outlet should be able to be worked around and not need an electrician. I require someone to supply and install 18 weatherboards to the rear of my granny flat 175mmx25mm, the section measures exactly 3 metres long. I’d like the weatherboards to be installed level to the weatherboards already installed to the right of the photo. Please only professionally qualified carpenters with a good attention to detail should enquire.
