This rental flat in Double Bay has terrible peeling paint in most rooms. The 2 bed flat was built in 1947 and they used calcimine. Subsequent paint jobs have all peeled as you'd expect. There are also a couple of rooms and a hallway that have wallpaper underneath - which has also been painted over many times. Would like a quote to remove the calcimine and wallpaper, fill the holes and repaint. Thank you so much. I don't know how much this will cost so am randomly putting 3000 in the next section for my budget as I really have no idea what to expect cost wise - Due date: Flexible
