I need a large mirror hung back on a plaster wall where it fell off. I need my bathroom cupboard hinge fixed as the screws are very loose and the whole thing hangs off. See pictures. If possible, too, I need my carpets steam cleaned :) And my outside roof glass windows cleaned/hosed down etc

Professional picture hanger, Canberra CBD, Tuesday 14 July evening - After work hours Looking for an experienced picture hanger to install 10 to 12 paintings onto a pre-installed mini rail in Canberra CBD. The job is Tuesday 14 July, after work hours, with a 5 to 6pm start. The main rail is already up + need to add one small rail and we supply the hanging system, so the work is hanging the pieces and getting the alignment right across the run. You will need to bring a small ladder, a drill, and a laser measure for accurate levelling and spacing. This suits someone who hangs professionally and takes care with alignment and finish. Parking is provided.

Install 2 x shelves. The shelves came with 2 wooden brackets to mount on the wall however would prefer them to be floating if that’s possible. I have provided a photo of where the shelves would go

We need an experienced picture hanger to securely hang a large, heavy framed print on a stud wall in a rental property. The print measures 120 cm × 80 cm and weighs approx.5 kg. Please bring any necessary tools and suitable fixings. We'd like the print to be mounted securely, while keeping any wall damage to the minimum (rental property).

I need a shelf installed in my laundry area (plasterboard walls), above washer / dryer machine. - The laundry cavity measures 120cm length; full depth, door to back wall, is 74cm. - I need the shelf 54cm depth (not full cavity depth). - Shelf should be approx 50cm from ceiling. - Laundry cavity walls are plasterboard. Contractor to provide all materials incl shelf, and brackets if needed etc - prefer 18mm white melamine shelving board - open to suggestions.

There are some plaster walls and some concrete walls so will require a little extra tools I think! 2 frames are about 1.5m so a little bit heavier 4 pictures & please make hanger for skateboards!

Cupboard opening is 325mm W x 495mm D x 2190mm H, single door hinged on the left. The kit includes: 2x plain baskets, 250W x 150H x 485D 5x plain baskets, 250W x 100H x 485D 7x side mount runners (450L) 7x 11mm battens (450L) Baskets and hardware will be supplied by me, just need them fitted level and running smoothly.
