One experienced wait staff required to assist at a cocktail party/ private function with approx 50 guests. Time and date required: Saturday, 28 March 2026, 4-8 pm. Location: Hillside VIC 3037 The function starts at 3 pm. After a formal part, finger foods will be served from about 3:30. Our caterer will cook and plate the food, top up the platters and rotate food. All platters with finger foods will be placed across a large table for the guests to primarily serve themselves. We need an additional person to assist with service and cleaning. Ideally someone with hospitality experience.
