Baby Shower Event Help Needed – Set Up, Service & Pack Down Looking for 1–2 reliable and friendly people to help with a small baby shower at a private home. The event will be relaxed and low-key, with around 35 guests. Sat Feb 21. Needed from 1pm-6pm (event is 2-5pm) Tasks will include: Helping with set-up on the day (e.g. putting ice in buckets, setting up the bar area, arranging platters) Serving food (walking platters around) Pouring and serving drinks at the bar Light hosting support during the event (keeping things tidy, refilling ice/drinks as needed) Pack-down and clean-up afterwards, including: Clearing rubbish Putting trestle tables away Loading glassware and dishes into the dishwasher Wiping down benches and surfaces General tidy of the event area Details: Event size: approx. 35 people Location: private club house Duration: approx. 5 hours (happy to confirm exact timing) All food and drinks will be provided — no cooking required Ideal for someone who: Has experience with events, hospitality, or parties Is friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting with guests Is happy to help wherever needed on the day Payment - around $40pp per hour
