This is a wedding reception at a private home, guests about 50. Food will be delivered, waiter could assist guests self serve, top up drinks, help tidy up afterwards

Date: Saturday, 29 August 2026 Time: 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm (approx. 3 hours) Location: Rouse Hill NSW 2155 About the event Approximately 13 guests. Relaxed, luxe cocktail-style evening with drinks, grazing food and good music. Apartment with balcony entertaining area. Duties include: Collect used glasses and plates throughout the evening. Wash dishes/load dishwasher as required. Wipe benches and keep the kitchen and entertaining areas clean. Empty rubbish when needed. Clean and restock the guest bathroom during the event if required. Pack away leftovers and leave the apartment clean and tidy before finishing. I'm looking for someone who is: Friendly and well presented. Experienced with private events. Proactive and able to work independently without constant direction. Comfortable interacting with guests while maintaining a professional attitude. Duties include: • Preparing and plating food • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised throughout the night • Washing dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher • Restocking platters and serving items as needed • Cleaning up spills and keeping benches tidy • Assisting with general organisation behind the scenes so the hosts can enjoy the party • Helping with pack-up at the end of the evening This is a behind-the-scenes role to keep everything running smoothly while guests enjoy themselves.
