I’m looking for a reliable, friendly and organised person to help at my husband’s 30th birthday celebration on Saturday, 26 September in Bringelly. Duties include: • Preparing and plating food • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised throughout the night • Washing dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher • Restocking platters and serving items as needed • Cleaning up spills and keeping benches tidy • Assisting with general organisation behind the scenes so the hosts can enjoy the party • Helping with pack-up at the end of the evening This is a behind-the-scenes role to keep everything running smoothly while guests enjoy themselves.

- 1 bartender/drinks server – pouring wine, beer, soft drinks, making simple mixed drinks if required, keeping the drinks area tidy. - 1 hospitality assistant – collecting empty glasses and plates, loading/unloading the dishwasher, washing glasses, replenishing ice and drinks, keeping the kitchen clean. Hi! We need 2 bartenders with waiter capabilities for a 120 person event in Leichhardt Town Hall this Saturday 21st Feb. Times would be 2pm-12am with breaks. We have 2 bartenders already but we need 2 extras as we have had people pull out. Ideally we need people who can jump in to assist the bartenders if it gets busy, or help out with catering carrying trays around etc. RSA required. If this sounds like you, let us know!
