Your main tasks will include: Heating up and circulating finger food for ~25 people. Pouring and serving wine, champagne, and other drinks. Restocking the fridge or esky as drinks are consumed. Clearing away empty glasses and plates and washing empty glasses. Event Details: Date: 24/10/26 Time: 6-9:30 (approx. 3.5 hours) Location: Karrinyup Dress Code: Smart casual / Neat all-black attire (e.g., black shirt and trousers). We are having a remembrance 'celebration of life' lunch for my dad who passed away. There will be 30 - 35 guests coming to our house from 10am - 2pm, and the food/drinks will be catered (delivered, ready to serve). Looking for reliable, presentable event helper to assist with serving drinks at our wedding reception. The job is very straightforward—there is no complex bartending or cocktail mixing required. Main Responsibilities: Opening and handing out pre-packaged cans and bottles (beer, wine, cider, premixes) from behind the bar window. Free-pouring wine into glassware. Keeping the drinks station clean, managing empty cans/bottles, and topping up ice in the eskies/tubs as needed. Giving the bar area a basic wipe down at the end of the night. Requirements: Must hold a valid WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate . Punctual, reliable, and neatly dressed. Time: 4:30/5:00pm till 11:30pm Also happy for you to bring a friend to keep you company, but wont't be paid.

I have a Cowboy themed party on Thursday evening and I need two bartenders/ waitstaff to help me. Hi everyone, we're after two waiters for our backyard wedding. It's Saturday 21 November at a private property in Dalkeith, 37 guests, all outdoors. We have a private chef and helper doing the food, so this is more about keeping everything running smoothly around them. Roughly 3pm to 9pm, still finalising. What they'd be doing: - Passing canapés around - Clearing plates and glasses - Keeping the food table tidy (dinner is family style so guests help themselves) - Putting dessert out on the shared table - Topping up the drink buckets around the garden - Collecting rubbish We'd go through a plan with them beforehand.

We have Italian food truck doing catering for a sit down meal. They have one serving staff so we need 2-3 additional people to help serve the food at the tables.
