It’s cocktails party wait staff need to warm food and plate it and serve to guest it’s a family event no kids everyone coming with partner so it will be sober and decent crowd. I’m look for 2 bartenders/or waiters to serve drinks at a private function on April 5. Approx 2-3 hours of work with basic setup/packdown. It will be a limited drink selection, no mixing of drinks, so experience in cocktail making is not a requirement. Preferably 2 people that that know/have worked with each other.
