This is an interim rough clean before all the flooring is replaced. The house has been painted and there are paint and plaster flakes on the carpet. Also, the carpet has been cut around the edges and there are carpet threads. The carpet is going to be replaced after other renovations have been completed. The hard floors (all tiles) are much cleaner but dusty. These floors are also going to be replaced eventually. We need someone with a suitable industrial vacuum cleaner go over all the floors. The furniture has been placed in the middle of the rooms and we only want the exposed areas vacuumed. Carpeted rooms are: - study - lounge - dining - 4 bedrooms Tiled areas: - hallway - family room - kitchen - 3 bathrooms Stairway doesn’t need vacuuming as the carpet has been removed.
