Elderly parents have purchased a new tv. I am unable to help them set it up. Hardware is set up. All they need is their apps setup(i.e Netflix, britbox, etc). Too hard for me to do over ehe phone and i don't want them to get ripped off... please help.

Need a TV mounted on the wall at the right height, level and secure. All power and HDMI cables etc must be run through the wall so nothing is visible. Final result should look clean, tidy, and well finished.

I need someone professional in mounting TV (eg. mounting straight, ensuring the bracket is installed correctly as I have a toddler and don't want it falling on top of her etc).
