Looking for an experienced landscaper/Tasker to prep our rear courtyard and install high-quality artificial grass for a total area of m² (40 m² existing pavers + 15 m² overgrown grass section). Scope of Work Required: 1. Site Prep & Excavation: Excavate 15 m² grassy section (~75–100mm deep). Lift and remove existing 40 m² paving slabs/tiles. 2. Sub-Base: Supply, lay, and plate-compact ~75mm crushed rock / road base across full 55 m² area. Lay heavy-duty geotextile weed membrane. 3. Turf Installation: Supply and lay 55 m² of 35mm–40mm natural-look artificial grass. Secure seams, pin edges, trim neatly against perimeter brick walls, brush in silica sand infill, and keep clear access around existing drain grate. 4. Waste Disposal: Remove and dispose of all old pavers, excavated topsoil, weeds, and turf offcuts. Site Access Details: Access to the rear courtyard is via a side door through the garage (ground level, standard wheelbarrow width, no stairs).
