Looking for an experienced operator with a tight-access stump grinder to remove several established Murraya (Mock Orange) stumps and surface roots in my yard. Unfortunately only have a narrow window between pool tiling finishing and pool fence going in. Job Details: Stumps: Roughly 8 small-to-medium Murraya stumps total. 4 are grouped closely together in the backyard and they are already starting to resprout. 4 are more evenly spaced out the front (these are a second priority though) Access: Narrow side passage access along the house (see attached photos). Standard large tow-behind machinery will not fit. You will need a narrow, portable walk-behind or compact tracked grinder (approx. 70-75cm width clearance or less). Location Risks: High priority care is needed. Several stumps are sitting directly between a brand new tiled pool edge/concrete beam and a timber boundary fence. Another row sits directly parallel to a paling fence along a gravel area. Precision grinding is essential to avoid hitting the new tiles, concrete pool shell, or fence posts. Scope: Grind the main stumps down thoroughly below ground level to prevent regrowth, and trace/grind out the stubborn, thick surface roots spreading through the dirt area. We would like to plant something new there so ideally looking for removal of as much as possible. Debris: You can leave the grindings/mulch on-site in the garden beds. Must be able to remove stumps. A reciprocating saw won't do the job.

Due to ill health and being away from home my garden is completely overgrown. Front and back lawns need to be whippersnipped. Garden bed under palm tree needs to be whippersnipped. Two hedges need to be trimmed back. 3 small tobacco trees in the back yard need to be chainsawed down and removed. Also grass has grown over a citrus tree which will need to be pulled off.
