Unsure to budget, Cut down and remove palms inc stumps. Due to powerline within the radius, branches must be removed first then gradually shortened until the height is below powerlines & house … I don’t mind if you cut from that height whole. .. approx 50% of height is above lines/is the length that could hit the house.
