We need two mock orange tree stumps removed. The plumber thinks they are the cause of the house’s poor water pressure as they’ve grown over the pipes. They need to be removed carefully to not damage any water pipes underneath - if there is in fact pipes under the roots. Gas meter in pics but water meter on other side of fence in line with stumps
