I have 5 Yucca plants / trees that I want to have removed. I can cut them down to around 30 - 40cm (or less for the smaller ones) from the base, however I need help removing the stumps down to (ideally) 30 - 45cm beneath the surface. The garden bed is raised, and access is difficult (a number of stairs, and the machine would need to be lifted up a small rock face, or over a railing). So it would need to be a fairly light machine that's used.
