We are looking for an arborist report stating that we can remove this sheoak tree due to risk to property under the Hornsby shire council tree guidelines. Due to the lean on the tree, the large vine strangling the tree and a dead branch hanging directly over the house, we do not want to risk waiting for a lengthy council approval process for a tree permit as we are worried the tree will fall on our house. With an report completed by an arborist holding a Diploma in Arboriculture stating immediate risk to property, we can remove the tree and retrospectively provide the paperwork to council.
