Remove and discard tree trunk that is laying down on the floor and trim down another tree as much as you can so it is far from the power line

I believe it’s a Oak tree. Located at the end of backyard, covering branches to neighbours house. I want to remove it as it gives very ugly looking and covered the sun in backyard.

I need a tree cut down, stump grinded and treated with poison. Will need the cut down tree removed from the site. Have to be careful not to damage the fence that is shared with the neighbour. Ask any questions you may have about the job. Photo of tree is attached.
