Current situation - Pending council reply. A large pine tree, need to trim it as much as possible, or remove it if within the budget.

There is a big tree with branches coming onto my property. I need the branches to be cut. Update 20/01: I have uploaded 2 photos from opposite sides to get the best angle as possible. The pruning needs to happen on on my side of the property.
