Please read it very carefully as some of the diagnostic has been done and from below finding it shows possible short somewhere in harness. Need a qualified auto-electrician to trace and repair the intermittent short in the low-beam wiring harness, likely between the fuse box and left headlight branch. The left low-beam fuse (15A) keeps blowing on my 2012 Camry Altise. Extensive diagnostics have already been done — issue is likely a short-to-ground or cross-connection in the wiring harness between the left and right low-beam circuits (after the fuse box). Work done - Replaced both low-beam bulb holders and tested bulbs — both good. Swapped relays and fuses — no faults found. Fuse only blows when relay is installed and headlights are ON → confirms short on load side. Checked relay socket and fuse-box underside — clean, no corrosion or melting. Confirmed electrical continuity between left and right low-beam fuses (shared circuit). Verified continuity across both low-beam bulb wires (even with left unplugged). No physical modifications made to wiring — only diagnostics. Detailed Diagnostic Results: 1. Fuse box & relay tests: •Removed H-LP relay, battery disconnected. •Checked continuity across relay socket pins → no shorts detected. •Bench-tested relay separately → working fine. 2. Fuse-slot continuity test: •Checked between left & right low-beam fuses with battery removed → no bridging/melted contacts. 3. Current draw test (inline fuse loop): •Headlights ON, measured with multimeter in DC amps mode. •Right low beam: 2.67 A •Left low beam: 4.4 A •Both within normal halogen range (no overcurrent). •Suggests intermittent short to ground, not continuous overload. 4. Fuse socket condition: •No corrosion, no looseness, no melting.
