Looking for an experienced panel beater / automotive body repairer to repair damage to my Toyota HiAce. There are two damaged areas, both caused during rental use: 1. Roof damage: The roof contacted the underside of an overhanging balcony while the van was being driven on a steep driveway. There are multiple scrapes along the raised sections of the roof and some denting/deformation, including a small dent towards the rear above the back window. 2. Side damage: Dent and scraping around the front side panel/door area near the wheel arch, as shown in the photos. Looking for someone who can assess and carry out the most economical proper repair — PDR/straightening where possible, conventional panel beating where required, and paint/touch-up where the paint has been damaged. I’m not looking for a full restoration or unnecessary cosmetic work. The priority is getting both areas repaired properly, presentably and protected against rust. Please provide an itemised quote for the roof and side damage separately, including labour and materials. Please also mention your panel-beating/PDR experience. Finish Reverse Camera Installation – Toyota HiAce Looking for someone to finish installing a reverse camera on my Toyota HiAce van. Most of the installation has already been completed: * Reverse wiring is already done * Camera cable has already been run down the side of the van to the rear * Interior rear door/panel has already been removed for access * Existing holes from the previous reverse camera are already drilled in the rear of the van * New camera is replacing the old camera in the same location What needs to be done: * Feed the camera cable through the existing rubber grommet at the rear * Route/connect the cable through to the camera * Mount the new camera using the existing reverse camera location/holes * Make sure the cable entry is tidy and weatherproof * Test the camera to confirm everything is working correctly This should be a relatively straightforward job as the wiring and most of the cable routing have already been completed.
